Over 30 years in real estate, investment and development. Founded Iron Bridge in 2008, investing personally in 300+ property transactions.

Lance Joseph

is regarded as one of the most experienced professionals in the real estate industry. Lance is Iron Bridge London’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the company’s overall strategy and execution. He brings more than 30 years of business, investment and development experience to the team and has been honoured to have been supported by fantastic business mentors over his career. He has invested his own funds into each and every one of Iron Bridge’s investments totalling over 300 property transactions.

Lance started property development in 2008 following a successful career as CEO to a fully listed PLC group and utilizing over 25 years experience in the building material trade, working alongside contractors and developers. To date he has invested over £200m through Iron Bridge. He sees the Iron Bridge proposition as a cross-collateralisation of unrivalled skill sets across development, construction and real estate finance.

Prior to founding Iron Bridge, he was both CEO and a majority shareholder to the fully listed GET Group plc (“GET”). GET was floated on the Main Market in 1995 and in 2006 Lance sold the Group to a Fortune 500 multinational. The Group achieved turnover of £100m employing 300 people in the UK. Among other achievements, Lance established JV factories in China growing to 6,500 employees and a state of the art 1,800,000 sq ft factory.

Lance grew GET Group to become the UK market leader for multiple innovative building and electrical product ranges, winning awards and supplying all UK and US Big Box DIY retail chains as well as 3,000 nationwide wholesale trade accounts. His experience also includes company acquisitions of building and hardware manufacturers.

Lance holds a BSc in Economics and has attended executive development courses at Harvard Business School and Cranfield School of Management. Lance is a trustee and patron to various charities.
